Homer A. Maxey International Trade Resource Center Conference Room

This room is ideal for on-boarding and training large groups. Located on the second floor, this comfortable teaching environment features high speed internet, a ceiling mounted projector, podium, and sound system.  A large reception counter could be used for either for registration or catering layout. Catering service permitted. Second floor room accessible by elevator. AV equipment available includes projector, screen, video conferencing equipment, flat screen monitor, portable white board, handheld and/or lavalier mic.

Capacity: 80 seated at tables, 100 chairs only

Rental Rate: $60 per hour.

Availability: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm. FTZ9 tenants have access to extended hours.

The Harbor View Room (Makai Conference Room 258)

This conference room located in the FTZ9 Administrative Building and is ideal for board meetings or staff meetings with a stunning view of the harbor in the background and a large monitor for presentations.

Capacity: Up to 18 (8 with social distancing and pandemic protocols)

Rental Rate: $20 per hour.

Availability: Monday -Friday, 8am to 5pm. FTZ9 tenants have access to extended hours.

Conference Room 202 — UNAVAILABLE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

This room is ideal for medium size classes and workshops with an HDMI-compatible flat screen monitor available with your reservation. Bring your own computer with HDMI port. Cable is available on site.

Capacity: Up to 25 (10 with social distancing and pandemic protocols)

Rental Rate: $20 per hour.
