We benefit from using the FTZ in many ways. Aside from it’s central location, it provides affordable and scalable warehousing options. Furthermore, it offers multiple ways to reduce storage cost upon entry, which in turn contributes to improved cash flow. Although we had to temporarily close our office due to the Pandemic, we intend to re-lease office space as soon as the economy improves enough to add additional overhead.
