Vessel/Aircraft Supply

The supply of goods or equipment free of duties and taxes under Section 309 of the Tariff Act, to eligible vessels or aircraft for use while actually engaged in foreign trade, or in transit to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any U.S. possession.
