We were occupants at the FTZ9 for 8 ½ years. The support and services available were exceptional. We appreciated the availability of parking for our employees and clients. A downtown location worked well for our business. For a period of about 3 years we leased 2 suites and had a total of 8 employees. Having the option of renting three different conferences room, when needed, was a great benefit.
