October 19 2018, Honolulu, HI.  David J. Sikkink, Administrator of the Hawaii Foreign-Trade Zone No. 9, won the 2018 Hawaii Procurement Professional Excellence Award. The award is in recognition of  noteworthy contributions to procurement including extraordinary business leadership, or the design, development or execution of a procurement program or project that furthers an agency’s mission.
