
Pier 2 General Purpose Zone Facility

Our Pier 2 facility is a bonded warehouse of approximately 500,000 cubic feet with and additional 25,000 square feet of office space conviently located on the Port of Honolulu. This prime waterfront location is directly adjacent to one of the State's main container cargo terminals, the planned $15 million Cruiseport facility, and the vibrant downtown business district.
Warehouse Storage and Space Rental
Warehouse storage is available at competitive monthly rates and rental of warehouse handling equipment and labor is available at hourly rates. Zone users may also rent warehouse space for merchandise assembly, manipulation, or manufacturing on a daily, monthly, or annual basis. The warehouse also includes a cool-storage facility. Access to cargo-handling equipment such as heavy lift tractors, diesel forklift trucks, carriers, trailers and other stevedore equipment is also available. Bulk storage, container storage and break-bulk facilities are located nearby.

Office and Small Business Incubator Space Rental
Incubator office and exhibition space are also available for rent at the Pier 2 site. There is currently over 25,000 square feet of office and exhibition space operated by FTZ at Pier 2. Client companies in the zone offices include approximately 15 Hawaii import-export firms, a majority of the customs brokers in Honolulu, U.S. Department of Commerce Export Assistance Center as well as the FTZ administration offices.
